Fifth Ward Park is located at 725 Bryn Mawr Avenue, Newtown Square. This 10.95 acre parcel of open space and wetlands was granted to Radnor Township by Dennis Bruce, the developer who built several homes connecting to this property in the 1989. This land is currently not developed or utilized for any type of activity. It is entirely a wooded parcel and the Darby Creek traverses the western portion.

Fifth Ward Park is an open space area and natural woodland located along Bryn Mawr Avenue. Darby Creek borders the southwest boundary of the park which consists largely of wet woodlands. Fifth Ward Park serves as a wooded area preserving the natural landscape and open space of Radnor Township. An undeveloped walking trail snakes through the wooded area for those that enjoy exploring the outdoors.
