On Saturday, 9/17/2022, at approximately 4:49 PM, the victim reported their catalytic converter was stolen from their vehicle while parked at the Radnor House Condos, located at 1030 E. Lancaster Av.  The victim's vehicle was parked in lot, next to Tunnel Park, on 9/15 and had not been used until the time of the theft report.
