Radnor Township Police Department announce the arrest of Mr. Anthony DiMaio, 43, of Bryn Mawr, PA.

On Friday evening, September 30, 2022, Villanova University Public Safety received a report from a student about a suspicious male walking in one of the courtyards at the Commons. According to the report, the male did not appear to be a student and was having difficulty walking and maintaining his balance. Public Safety officers encountered the male near the Performing Arts Center and during this encounter, the male became combative and was subsequently arrested by Radnor Police for aggravated assault, resisting arrest and other offenses.

In a safety alert sent to students, faculty and staff, Villanova University Director of Public Safety & Chief of Police David Tedjeske said, “Dimaio has been issued a no-trespass order and is banned from University property. If you see this individual, please contact Public Safety immediately by calling 610-519-4444. Do not engage with this person.”
