The Radnor Township Board of Commissioners adopted Ordinance No. 2022-15, Stormwater Management, effective October 13th, 2022. The Township’s new ordinance is based on the Delaware County “County Wide SWM Ordinance”. Any permit applications received starting October 13th, 2022, will be required to adhere to the new ordinance.
The new ordinance addresses some commonsense concerns and provides more options for property owners to comply with the ordinance. To continue to protect Radnor Township residents now and in the future, in some cases the new ordinance is more stringent than the previous ordinance.
