On Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at approximately 10:24 p.m., Radnor Township Police Department were dispatched to the SEPTA Route 100 line on Aldwyn Lane in the Villanova section of Radnor Township for a reported fight involving a weapon. The actor was described as a black male wearing a black puffy jacket, black pants, black boots, and a black winter hat. During the altercation the actor displayed a firearm. The actor fled on foot across the Villanova University pedestrian bridge.  The actor is known by the victim to frequent the rail system.

Radnor Township Police, assisted by Villanova University Police Department, SEPTA Police Department and Haverford Township Police Department checked the neighboring streets and campus extensively with negative results. Out of an abundance of caution, the University established a shelter-in-place which has since been lifted.
