Radnor Township adopted an Open Public Records Access Policy to assure compliance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania "Right-to-Know Law" 65 P.S. §§ 66.1 - 66.9, as amended by Act 3 of 2008, effective January 1, 2009.
How Do I Request a Township Record?

- Police Recordings: The Right to Know Law does not apply to requests for Police Audio and Video Recordings. Click here to request Police Audio and Video Recordings.
- Crime Victim Right of Access Request : Criminal History Record Information is not public information and therefore not accessible under the Right to Know Law. Click here to request and obtain criminal history investigative information for use in civil action.
