Board Members

The Board shall consist of two (2) architects or structural engineers licensed within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; a general contractor, master plumber and master electrician, all of whom shall be licensed in their respective trades with the Township of Radnor. The term of office shall be five (5) years.

Duties

The Code Appeals Board reviews all building and construction codes and recommends modifications to township ordinances as necessary. The board hears appeals regarding the township staff's interpretation of the aforementioned codes.
