On Sunday, April 2, 2023, at approximately 1:15 a.m., Radnor Fire Company and Radnor Police Department responded to the unit block of Louella Court in the Wayne section of the Township for a reported house fire with a subject trapped.

Upon arrival, firefighters removed a 54 year old male from the residence. He was transported by Radnor Fire Company Ambulance to Bryn Mawr Hospital where he was pronounced. We extend our condolences to the family for their unfortunate loss.

The fire remains under investigation by the Detective Division, with assistance from the Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal and the Delaware County Criminal Investigative Division.
