On 1/3/2022, a resident of S. Black Friar Rd. reports being notified by a cell phone app that their vehicle was being tracked by electronical means.  The victim parked their car at the short term parking lot at the Philadelphia International Airport on 12/27/2021.  Upon their return home on 1/3/2022 they received notification from a cell phone app, "Find My....." that their vehicle was being tracked from the airport to their residence.  Detectives and Police were not able to find any tracking devices on the vehicle and the device stopped tracking/transmitting shortly after the Police report was filed.
