On Wednesday, 9/28/2022, between 3:20 PM and 3:50 PM the victim had their handbag stolen from their vehicle while parked in Ithan Valley Park.  The victim was away from their car for approximately 30 minutes while they walked the trail.  When they returned they discovered the rear passenger window was smashed and their handbag was missing.
