The victim reports a box stolen from outside of their apartment, located at 550 E. Lancaster Av., on Saturday, 10/21/2023.  The victim advised that a pre-light Christmas tree, still in the box was left outside of their unit.  The box was left there to dry after sustaining water damage.  When the victim went to retrieve the box it was gone.
