The number of housing units in the township increased by 3.24% from 1990 to 2020 (growing from 10,580 to 10,923 units, including apartments). All housing units in Delaware County increased by 8.6% over the same period (up from 211,024 in 1990 to 229,208 in 2020).

About 66% of residential units in the township were owner occupied as of 2019; roughly 69% of units in all of Delaware County are owner occupied.

Estimated Values

The estimated median market value of township residential units in 2019 was $663,900 compared with $244,400 for all residential units in Delaware County. The average price of homes sold in the township in 2004 was $488,591, more than twice the average of $210,308 for all homes sold in Delaware County.
