The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that Aqua Pennsylvania will be performing utility construction on several state highways in Delaware County.

In Radnor, motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:

• Monday, November 27, through Friday, June 28, 2024, a weekday closure is scheduled on Conestoga Road between Lowrys Lane and Glenbrook Avenue in Radnor Township.
• During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Route 320 (Sproul Road), U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue), and County Line Road. Local access will be maintained up to the work zone.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through or near the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

Aqua Pennsylvania will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
